Share your run-sheet
Send us your rough timeline before the day — arrivals, cake, games, speeches and gift-opening — so we're always in the right place at the right moment and nothing important is missed.
Styling & details
- Tell us your theme and colours so we can plan how to shoot the space.
- A styled dessert or gift table photographs beautifully — set it up before guests arrive so we can capture it pristine.
- Point out any details you've worked hard on — florals, signage, favours — that you'd love documented.
Group photos
Nominate a helpful friend or family member to gather guests when it's time for group shots, and pick a moment in the schedule for them — it makes a big difference to getting everyone in.
Venue & logistics
- Share the venue address, parking and any access details in advance.
- Let us know if lighting is dim so we can plan accordingly.
