Booking & Confirmation

• All sessions are booked as packages, not on a time-based hourly system.

• A session is considered confirmed once the booking is made.

• Miniatures reserves the time slot, studio, and team exclusively for your session.

Session Duration & Structure

• Each session is allocated a fixed duration based on the package selected.

• Late arrivals will not extend the session time, as bookings are scheduled back-to-back.

• Package inclusions (themes, setups, etc.) are based on the allocated session time.

Payments

• Full payment is required on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed.

• Add-ons (such as reels, albums, etc.) are charged separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once a session has started, it is considered fully utilized.

• We do not offer partial refunds or time-based adjustments, regardless of the duration used.

• This is because session fees cover:

  • Studio reservation

  • Team allocation

  • Setup and preparation

  • Equipment and production costs

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made prior to the session start time.

• Once the session has begun, rescheduling or splitting sessions is not permitted.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions.

• In case of unfavorable weather, the session will continue indoors as planned.

• Weather conditions do not qualify for partial refunds.

Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session.

• Any decision to shorten or stop the session during the shoot will not affect the package pricing.
