Share your schedule
Send us the running order before the day — arrivals, cake cutting, any performances, games or special surprises — so we're ready for every highlight.

The moments that matter most
Tell us who and what to prioritise: the birthday child, grandparents, close family, the cake moment. If there are guests who must be photographed, let us know.

Styling & details
- Share your theme and colours, and set up the dessert/decor table before guests arrive.
- Flag any handmade or meaningful details you'd love captured.

Group photos & coverage
- Choose a moment in the schedule for the big group photo and nominate someone to help gather everyone.
- For larger parties, ask us about a second photographer so nothing is missed.
